We may collect the business information and audit observations you enter, including business name, market, profile activity, review metrics, competitor observations, website signals, name, email address, audit score, weakest category, and recommended actions.
How we use information
We use submitted information to calculate and display the audit, deliver or discuss the report, respond to requests, provide relevant strategy-session follow-up, improve the tool, and protect it from misuse.
Browser storage
The tool uses browser local storage to save unfinished drafts and the latest generated report. This helps visitors resume an audit on the same browser. Clearing browser data may remove those drafts and reports.
Service providers
We may use hosting, form-delivery, and email-delivery providers to operate the tool and deliver requested communications. These providers process information on CliqSpark's behalf for those limited purposes.
Retention and sharing
CliqSpark does not sell submitted audit information. We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide the requested report, follow up about the audit, operate the tool, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting CliqSpark.
