These terms explain how visitors may use the Local Visibility Audit Tool. The tool is intended to provide a practical business planning report based on information entered by the visitor.

Informational use

Audit scores, charts, recommendations, and reports are informational planning aids. They are not legal, financial, advertising, ranking, traffic, lead, booking, revenue, or case-outcome guarantees.

Manual inputs

The tool uses the information entered by the visitor. CliqSpark does not connect to Google or pull private Google profile data, and cannot independently verify every submitted metric inside this app.

Google and third-party policies

Visitors are responsible for following Google Business Profile policies, review policies, advertising rules, professional-responsibility obligations, and any other rules that apply to their business or industry.

Email consent

When a visitor unlocks a report, they may consent to receive the report summary and relevant follow-up from CliqSpark. Visitors can opt out of follow-up communications at any time.

Availability

CliqSpark may update, pause, or remove this tool at any time. Drafts and generated reports stored in a visitor's browser may be unavailable if browser data is cleared or a device changes.
